After spending a decade as an instructor at the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University, Kim LaGrange honed her skills as both a teacher and a speaker. An experienced executive leadership coach and talent management consultant, Kim has been a keynote speaker on all things human resources at both local and regional conferences. Inspiring businesses and individuals to understand and elevate their workplace impact is at the center of her teaching philosophy.
Kim spent a decade as an instructor in the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University, teaching management to both undergraduate and graduate students. In addition to general management courses, Kim taught the human resource management course in both ISU’s on campus and professional Master of Business Administration programs. Additionally, she has taught the Human Resource Management course in the Engineering Management graduate program at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
